With careful planning, coordination with over fifteen vendors across two countries and multiple cities, and most importantly, genuine care, the team brought to life four memorable wedding events in just two days.

The staff at Fairmont demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and seamlessly worked with our wedding planning team, providing heartfelt service to each guest and welcoming them with welcome gift boxes curated by the bride and groom’s family. Elegant Events, after a site visit and multiple meetings, artfully designed unique Indian traditional and colorful setups for each wedding event. Hemanth Mathur Catering curated a different menu for each wedding event, delighting guests with gourmet Indian cuisine bursting with flavors. Finally, Midnight Media skillfully captured every picturesque, elegant, and dreamy moment, preserving the memories for eternity. 

3. Complete your Itinerary

Having a completed itinerary for your destination wedding at least 2 weeks in advance will provide you with peace of mind and allow you to fully savor every moment you’ve meticulously planned. Your itinerary encompasses more than just the flow of wedding events; it serves as a comprehensive guide to ensure nothing is overlooked. From finalizing your wedding party songs to confirming all vendor bookings, the itinerary ensures that every aspect is in place.
