We booked SAWC for month-of coordination for our wedding ceremony and reception. Neha, Anushka, and Noosh were all very well organized and you could tell their experience came in handy before and during the events. The timeline organization was very helpful though we would have appreciated more feedback/back-and-forth to go over any issues earlier. During the events, they made sure we were well fed, all items were placed out and put back in an organized way, and most importantly that everything ran on time. Overall, we had amazing feedback from vendors and guests!
We employed Neha and her team at SAWC Planners in March for our son Malhar's wedding with Megha in June 2024. Despite such a short period before the wedding, what an amazing experience we had!! Not knowing Toronto much (we live in New Jersey), we were very anxious and concerned whether our wedding functions would go smoothly. But this is where Neha and Noosh excelled!! From the time they came on board, all video calls and meetings were meticulously arranaged and articulated by them. They also brought in lot of cost effective ideas and do's and don'ts (this was so important to us as we were having our events far from home). Once finalized, our budget was embraced by their team and they stuck to it. All throughout we were made to feel that we were in safe hands, and their coordination with all contractors was seamless, did not require much of our involvement during actual events (whether decorator, two diffeent food vendors, hotel staff, mehendi artists, DJ, photo/video graphers, baarat service provider) which relieved us from lot of wedding stress and allowed us to enjoy all our events and family time. All four of our events over two days went so well and in a planned manner! Neha and her team were very courteous to our guests, participated in all events like our own family. Kudos to Neha and Noosh for making our family wedding a memorable experience!!!

I had a full planning package with Neha and her team for my interfaith wedding. They did a phenomenal job.We had very specific needs because the majority of our wedding party was from out of town and travelling, yet we wanted our wedding to be in budget -- and of course beautiful.Neha and her team were marvellous. Not only did they understand the traditions of South Asian Sikh ceremonies, but they had tremendous experience running fusion and intercultural events.They connected us with the right vendors to make our vision come to life - and honestly, I did not stress out about what to do and when through the whole week.I truly enjoyed every minute of my wedding - and I think that's saying something. So if anyone is looking for an experienced planner and a wonderful wedding experience I cannot recommend Neha's team enough.

I recently attended my sister in laws wedding which was planned with the help of Neha and her team. I must say all 5 days of events went smoothly and the team was very actively involved with the organization and coordination of guests. The decorations were absolutely beautiful and were always in place prior to me arriving to all events. All other food vendors they had were absolutely amazing as well. I don’t recall any issues arising at any of the events and know exactly who I’ll be going with for my wedding!
Neha and her team fully planned my Nikkah within two months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Sawc also fully planned my Mendhi and Shaadi events. Neha perfectly understood what my vision was for each of these events and she put together the most amazing team of vendors and recommended so many details for me to add to my events to make them EPIC and truly cherished moments. We hired Neha and her team at SAWC Planners to help coordinate our Mehndi & Sangeet Night, Wedding Day and Reception in the Summer of 2019. We had a fusion Hindu/Sikh ceremony on the same day followed one after the other. The Wedding day venue being Guild Inn Estate and Guild Inn Park made the setup and execution paramount.From the initial phone consultation, to the timeline meetings, to the venue visits, the big days and days following the events, Neha and her team worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done in accordance with our guidelines, timeline and wishes. They did so with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a warm smile to all our guests, family and vendors.As a couple we knew that we required a coordinator but this truly hit home during the weeks leading up to the big day as Neha was constantly on the phone with various Vendors making sure that the timelines for each day were clear, making any adjustments and providing her invaluable experience on potential or possible pitfalls during execution of the various events. For us Neha was a phone call away, no matter whether it was day or night to answer any questions and to take care of any last-minute things we overlooked. Neha and her team truly went over and beyond for us. Not only did she provide the reassurances that she had everything under control but we witnessed that first hand with her flawless execution. Our guests complimented us on how elegant and seamlessly the events flowed without any issues.Weddings are expensive, couples will certainly spend a significant amount on the venue, décor, entertainment, food, etc but will overlook the most critical part being the execution and how all of these all come together. This can only be done with the assistance of a coordinator/planner. Without a coordinator/planner you could honestly spend a significant amount without your guests noticing it or appreciating it; unless, everything flows on the big day. The only way to have that is to hire someone like Neha and her team who have more than a decade’s worth of experience. We certainly made a wise decision to hire Neha and her team and truly can’t thank them enough. They made the process less stressful for us, so that we could actually enjoy each and every event.They paid attention to the fine detail – they made a timeline for each day and stuck to it. They get it done – when it matters the most!
