With the drastic turn 2020 took in just 3 months, the special day planned with all your loved ones had to take a hiatus. With restrictions on social gatherings, going to public places and having any close contact with other people, a new social norm was created for weddings this year. As a brief insight into this new social norm, here are the current guidelines set by the Ontario government for social gatherings amidst this pandemic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For indoor gatherings, a maximum of 50 people is permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For outdoor gatherings, a maximum of 100 people is permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Face masks\/coverings are mandatory when in enclosed public spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For both indoor and outdoor gatherings, the physical distancing of at least 2 meters needs to be enforced along with frequent handwashing\/sanitization.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Times may be testing but as it is famously said, \u201cThe show must go on!\u201d. To help the show go on, some venues in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are offering their space for intimate weddings!
